Following the outset of the coronavirus in the U.S, the City of Cheyenne had to quickly adapt services and procedures to protect residents and adhere to state guidelines. Many popular community events were abruptly canceled and city services had to be adjusted to new social distancing norms. These mass changes were a completely new logistical hurdle for the city staff.
